Diversity
Managing Diversity is not just about reacting to anti-discrimination legislation. The cost implications of this single approach can result in limited productivity and creativity, low staff morale and motivation, restricted access to new markets and high litigation costs.
Successful diversity management requires more than just compliance. Organisations which are committed to the diversity challenge have acknowledged that their business viability, productivity and competitive advantage depend on it.
A commitment to diversity requires strategic planning and leadership from the top down. And the diversity management capability will enable employees at all levels of the organisation to respond to diversity in a positive and business efficient way.

Approach
Leornian encourages the development of diversity leaders and champions. We help engage the business and HR in thought and action on diversity.
