Lloyd's Agencies Trainers Group Seminar
A recurrent theme within the Lloyd's Agencies has centred around the need to improve the techniques they employ in order to achieve management buy-in to help drive Performance Management. The seminar comprised a mixture of presentations from Leornian and forum role play from Steps. The session introduced Leornian's ACTIVE model and how, as part of the Performance Management Value Chain, this model can help achieve that all important buy-in. The skills, tools and techniques were then brought to life using a forum based drama initiative from Steps.
Feedback from the morning was excellent. One attendee said "That was THE BEST session I've attended in ages, really great. We are working on a 'Best People, Policies & Practices' programme and I will be contacting Leornian to ask about their 'Grasping the Nettle' programme. I think there could be some synergy with what we are doing. Thanks for arranging - it really was brilliant".
