Aileen Egan
Aileen has been a full-time coach, trainer, facilitator and mentor for over 15 years. Specialist areas include executive coaching, change management, leadership, organisational development, management and team development.
Aileen's business experience includes management and marketing in the aviation and telecommunications industries. She has provided executive coaching and facilitation for individuals and teams for a range of corporate clients, such as GSK, GE Healthcare, AVAYA, United Airlines and Deutsche Bank.  Issues addressed include personal and business development, leadership, change management, performance management and communications. 

Andrew Hall
Andrew has worked in the field of management and organisation development for some 20 years. He works in both the public and private sectors and specialises in individual and team coaching. Recent assignments include helping Directors to design and implement vital changes in organisation and behaviour.
He has a BA degree in Social Studies, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Consultants. He has Board experience as a director of an international training and consulting firm.

Gilly Boken

Gilly has over 20 years of line management experience.  As Head of Organisation Development and Culture Change, she lead the design and implementation of a commercial framework that introduced new processes, skills, behaviours and technology and managed the internal teams of consultants and facilitators that supported the delivery of the change programmes. 

Gilly has a degree in Education & Training Management, an advanced Diploma in Psychology and an MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice.  She also has qualifications in Counselling and NLP and is a qualified psychomatrician including the 'Leadership Development Framework' and 'Emotional Competence Inventory'. 
She has worked for a wide range of organisations worldwide including British Airways, Star Alliance, Swiss Rail, Tussauds, Robert Gordon University, GNER, Vodaphone, Argos, Trailfinders, BP, RHM, BG Group.  

Joella Bruckshaw
Joella is an experienced executive coach who has developed a uniquely tailored coaching approach.  Her early psychological training combines with ten years of professional work in mediation and conflict resolution and many years experience in the design and delivery of personal growth and leadership courses.
She is committed to practical results for her clients.  She elicits energy and shared commitment creating the opportunity for clients to resolve difficult issues.  They describe her as approachable, down to earth and trustworthy;  they enjoy her sense of humour and the creativity she brings to her work.                                                                 She excels in resolving conflicts in key relationships.  Joella helps her clients to explore their issues, to understand what they can take responsibility for; and then supports them in the sometimes difficult conversations that lead to mutually valuable solutions.  She coaches mainly in the corporate sector and focuses on the interpersonal issues that are common to all organisations.

Liz Pinfold
Liz works with individuals and for a range of corporate clients providing coaching support to individual executives to address specific business performance, leadership development or career planning issues.
She also works as an associate executive coach on Leadership Development Programmes run for senior executives by the Centre for Creative Leadership (Brussels) and INSEAD (Fontainbleau).
She has twenty years' experience in a broad range of human resource, training and development roles in British Petroleum.
Core areas of expertise include psychometric profiling, executive coaching, organisational and team development.

 Richard Wood
"I believe people want to be associated with success.  My role is to help them build their confidence and competence so that they, their team and their organisation are a success."
Richard is recognised as a skilled coach and facilitator particularly for change management, team effectiveness and communication skills.  During the last 23 years he has helped hundreds of people develop their skills and motivation to their benefit and that of their organisation.  He strives to understand clients' problems and to help them implement pragmatic solutions.  His strengths are his strategic ability, his focus, his communication skills and his pursuit of excellence.
He started his career in the oil industry with Shell Mex and BP.  After periods in sales and strategic planning he was General Manager of an oil distribution company in the East of Scotland.  His focus on securing a balance between customer service and profitability led to a range of initiatives that achieved company success.

Sally Hinder 
Sally Hinder is a coach, trainer, facilitator and communications specialist. Her specialist field is internal communications and she has extensive experience of group or one-to-one coaching settings.  
Sally's passion is to help individuals and organisations achieve better results and work to their full potential. Sally has 12 years' experience in the financial services industry and nine years' internal communications experience. She holds the Postgraduate Diploma in Internal Communication Management and has managed the communication for various change programmes. She has also used her expertise in guiding line managers and senior management through the effectiveness and impact of their communication.  
Sally has extensive capability in training and facilitation and has been involved in the delivery of many personal development and management programmes.  
She is a qualified life coach and, as well as coaching adults, specialises in coaching young people.  

Shelagh Smith
Shelagh has been a full-time coach and independent consultant for over four years.  Specialist areas include executive coaching, coaching supervision, facilitation, organisational and leadership development, HR and change management.
She has business experience in OD, HR and Learning and Development in both private and public sector organisations in leisure, transport, hotel, drinks, and retailing industries. 
Shelagh enables senior managers and experienced personnel to learn more about themselves and their impact on others.  Her trademark is a pragmatic and challenging but nurturing approach, which embraces the objectives of the particular client she is working with in order to leave a lasting positive legacy. 
She has recently worked with both individuals and teams from a range of corporate and public sector clients including Transport for London, Bison Concrete Products Ltd, Thomson Financial and The National Lottery.

Simon Drury
Simon has been a practising coach / trainer for more than 16 years and has a wealth and diversity of experience in the field of development and change.  He has worked in areas such as management development, sales, communication and the improvement of self-belief and self-esteem.  He has a strong commitment to helping people discover their potential for change and achievement using a range of practical tools and resources.
Simon has experience of designing and delivering training / coaching interventions for the business and public sectors, including financial services, aerospace and pharmaceuticals.
He has a degree in Psychology and is MBTI and NLP qualified.
