Organisational Surveys
We use our own diagnostic tools, those of our global partner Persona International and others we are licensed to use.
Benefits
Our range of diagnostics tools will help you by:
- Making sense of employees' views of organisational focus, morale and communication so that you can build on strengths, or take action where needed.
- Measuring your customers' perceptions of your products and services.
- Identifying where coaching and training will have the greatest impact on your business.
- Improving relationships in the supply chain by distilling your suppliers' views of your business.
Organisational tools
When looking at the organisation as a whole we use surveys to gather information by asking questions designed to shed light on such issues as:
- How do customers value our services and products?
- Are our managers getting the best from people?
- How do our strategic suppliers rate us?
- How do people perceive the culture of our organisation?
- Have people bought into recent change?
- What do we need to do to retain our best people?
We collect both qualitative and quantitative information. Working with you we can use either custom-built or benchmarked surveys.
Custom-Built
We provide a full range of services to help you through the change process to improved performance. Typically, we use interviews, focus groups and surveys to collect the data and then employ sophisticated analysis to make sense of complex issues. We design the survey to answer the specific questions you want.
Benchmarked surveys
Benchmarked Surveys offer you the facility to be able to compare your performance to other organisations that have used pre-designed surveys. Such surveys are well validated and provide a shorter route to a diagnosis of the key issues you need to address.
