Sue is an experienced trainer, coach and mentor. During the last ten years she has focused particularly on helping individuals to understand the role of management, and to develop their skills in leadership, teambuilding and communications. She has run many management development programmes for a range of different clients.

A recent project involved developing and delivering a modular-based management programme for a company's team leaders and management staff. As a result, delegates reported that they had increased their confidence to become more effective so that they improved their performance - particularly in the challenging area of dealing with people they found 'difficult'.

Sue started her career in the public sector where she gained 13 years' experience in both management and internal consultant roles.

She also worked with a wide range of organisations in both the public and private sectors carrying out diagnostic and implementation projects to help them achieve the Investors In People award.
